SkillPort, the university’s 24/7 online training
solution for Faculty, Staff, and Students. On April
23, 2008 getting to and logging into SkillPort will
be easier than ever! No need to remember a separate
login and password, SkillPort is moving to NinerNET!

this means for Faculty, Staff, and Students:

ITS is

to UNC Charlotte Faculty, Staff, and Students.
SkillPort
provides 300 computer, business and personal skills web-based,
self-paced courses.

SkillPort Features
Home
page appears when you login to
SkillPort. It presents summary information to help you track your
progress on your individualized
learning plan. A Short Cuts menu provides access to
SkillPort features.
Catalog
contains 300 courses.
SEARCH-and-LEARNtm feature is
located at the top of the screen.
My Plan section contains
links to the learning events that have
been added to your plan, either by you or by your training
administrator.
My
Favorites area is where you can store links to certain types of
learning event, such as SkillBriefs, Job Aids, and books, for quick
access.
My
Report section contains information regarding the number of
courses you have started and completed.
