Only need to look up and view financial information, including budget availability, actual financial transactions, vendor history and vendor payments, and UNC Charlotte IDs. |

Banner Experts looking for more from the system and have at least 2 months of Banner Finance Experience. |
Must be extremely
comfortable with Banner, understand the Banner Lingo, and
understand financial transactions and how the pieces fit
together. |

| Banner Finance users that have attempted to follow the Banner Self Service Financial Menu instructions and have had problems or users that prefer a classroom setting for learning. |

| Banner Finance users who feel they need additional one-on-one instruction. |
